Становлення та розвиток біржової торгівлі в Україні

Abstract

Біржа є основною складовою в інфраструктурі ринку розвиненої держави. Діяльність біржі супроводжується такими ефектами як конкурентоспроможність, публічність, уніфікованість, варіативність, а товарний біржовий ринок характеризується волатильністю, різноманітністю, спекулятивною діяльністю, нормативно-правовою базою та технологічним прогресом. Ці елементи в сукупності формують торговельне середовище, впливаючи на поведінку учасників ринку та загальне функціонування ринку. Оскільки глобальна економічна динаміка продовжує розвиватися, розуміння цих характеристик матиме вирішальне значення для всіх, хто займається торгівлею сировинними товарами, що дозволить їм ефективно орієнтуватися в складнощах цього життєво важливого сектору. Розвиток біржового ринку відбувається під впливом глобалізаційних процесів, що приводять до трансформації господарств світу та їх перетворення у єдиний ринок капіталів, товарів, послуг, інформації, робочої сили тощо. В попередні часи провідне місце в світовій біржовій торгівлі належало контрактам з реальним товаром, але сьогодня частка угод з фінансовими інструментами стала переважаючою. Примітно, що незважаючи за надскладні умови, в яких зараз знаходиться Україна, біржова торгівля демонструє стійкість та адаптивність до умов, що складися.

The stock exchange is the main component of the market infrastructure of a developed country. Exchange activity is accompanied by such effects as competitiveness, publicity, uniformity, variability, and the commodity exchange market is characterized by volatility, diversity, speculative activity, legal framework and technological progress. These elements collectively form the trading environment, influencing the behavior of market participants and the overall functioning of the market. As global economic dynamics continue to evolve, understanding these characteristics will be critical for all those involved in commodity trading, enabling them to effectively navigate the complexities of this vital sector. The development of the stock market is under the influence of globalization processes, which lead to the transformation of world economies and their transformation into a single market of capital, goods, services, information, labor, etc. In the last century, the leading place in world exchange trading belonged to contracts with real goods, and now the share of transactions with financial instruments has become predominant. It is noteworthy that, despite the extremely difficult conditions in which Ukraine is now, stock trading demonstrates stability and adaptability to the conditions that will arise. In Ukraine, stock trading plows its way through all the challenges and obstacles that private business in Ukraine faces, including bureaucratic obstacles, tax pressures, lobbying risks and regulatory gaps. As the main element of a market economy, stock exchanges provide the organization of trade in securities, agricultural goods and other assets. The stages that can be distinguished to generalize the periods of development of stock trading in Ukraine allow us to understand the risks that accompany this type of activity of such an institution in the process of the growth of the economy of our country. One of the important directions of development has become agrarian exchange trade,because Ukraine is one of the largest exporters of grain and oil crops in the world. At the same time, these years have seen the activation of digital technologies, which allows to significantly simplify trade processes and increase its efficiency.
