Пріоритетні напрями модернізації системи менеджменту підприємств аграрної сфери в поствоєнний період

Abstract

В статті викрито породжені війною нові виклики для підприємств аграрної сфери та проблеми системи менеджменту, уточнено сигнальні передумови та визначено пріоритетні орієнтири модернізації системи менеджменту підприємств аграрної сфери в поствоєнний період, окреслено їх переваги та недоліки які можуть впливати на ефективність агровиробництва та стійкість підприємств галузі, орієнтуючись на запропоновані пріоритетні орієнтири, підприємства аграрної сфери можуть не лише відновити свою діяльність після війни, але й стати більш ефективними, конкурентоспроможними і стійкими до викликів майбутнього, обгрунтовано, що розроблені пріоритетні орієнтири модернізації системи менеджменту підприємств аграрної сфери в поствоєнний період стануть потужним інструментом для їх відновлення та розвитку, але вони вимагають ретельного планування і обʼєктивної оцінки загроз і ризиків.

The article exposes the new challenges created by the war for the enterprises of the agrarian sphere and the problems of the management system, specifies the signal prerequisites and emphasizes that the modernization of the management system of the enterprises of the agrarian sphere is a complex process that requires the synergy of the efforts of all participants: the state, business and society, which will allow agrarian sector to become the basis for the economic recovery and sustainable development of the country in the post-war period, the priority orientations for the modernization of the management system of agricultural enterprises in the post-war period have been determined (especially important among them are: the restoration of infrastructure facilities, the introduction of modern agricultural and information technologies and communication chains, implementation of digital platforms, development of the risk management system, development of anti-crisis plans, improvement of personnel qualifications, cooperation with educational institutions, implementation of sustainable land use practices, use of renewable energy sources, wide involvement of funding from state and international grants, implementation of electronic solutions and digitalization, creation of reserve stocks strategically important agricultural crops), their advantages (quick adaptation to new conditions, increased efficiency, introduction of new technologies, optimization of resource management, improvement of positions on the domestic and foreign markets) and disadvantages (significant initial costs, risks of failure, difficulty of implementing changes, resistance) are outlined on the part of employees, growing dependence on new technologies, shortage of qualified personnel) that can affect the efficiency of agricultural production and the sustainability of enterprises of the sector, focusing on the proposed priorities, enterprises of the agricultural sector can not only resume their activities after the war, but also become more efficient, competitive and resistant to the challenges of the future, it is justified that the developed priority guidelines for the modernization of the management system of agricultural enterprises in the post-war period will become a powerful tool for their recovery and development, but they require careful planning and an objective assessment of threats and risks.
