Через глобальний ринок праці можна характеризувати стан світової економіки та визначати подальший розвиток інших економічних категорій, систем та прогнозувати потенційні можливості економічного зростання світової економіки. Глобалізація ринку праці сприяє розвитку технологій та цифрових платформ, що дозволяє оптимізувати процеси та підвищувати ефективність бізнесу. Враховуючі певні вразливості глобального ринку праці та неповне відновлення після пандемії COVID-19 необхідна розробка стратегічних напрямків розвитку глобального ринку праці на різних рівнях розвитку економіки.

Studying its trends helps organizations and governments adapt to new conditions.
