Акушерські та перинатальні аспекти ендометріозу

Abstract

У статті наведені дані дослідження щодо поширеності та впливу ендометріозу на вагітність і пологи у жінок м. Ужгород Закарпатської області з вищезгаданою патологією в наявності чи в анамнезі. Результати дослідження були оброблені за допомогою розрахунків за показником відношення шансів, який дозволяє оцінити зв’язок між певним відхиленням і фактором ризику. Виявлено, що у жінок з ендометріозом є більша схильність до ускладнень під час вагітності та у післяпологовий період, ніж у відносно здорових жінок.

The data of the research on the spread and influence of endometriosis on pregnancy and childbearing of women having the mentioned above pathology now or in anamnesis and living in Uzhhorod, Zakarpatska oblast are provided in the article. The research results were processed by means of calculation according to the index of the probabilities ratio that allows to estimate the connection between certain deviation and the risk factor. It is found that women with endometriosis have a greater liability to the sequela during pregnancy and in the postpartum period compared to relatively healthy women.
