Кір – проблема сучасної дитячої інфектології(огляд літератури)

Abstract

В статті розглянуті основні питання етіопатогенезу, класифікація, клініка кору на сучасному етапі. Аналіз епідситуації з кору в Україні свідчить про те, що дана тематика є надзвичайно актуальною.

Main modern features of etiopathogenesis, classification, clinical manifestation of measles are described in the article. Analysis of epidemiological situation of measles in Ukraine shows that current issue is very important. Thus, we have the open question about the pathogenetic features and mechanisms of the formation of measles complications in vaccinated and unvaccinated children remains, in spite of the wide variety of modern scientific data. The implementation of modern diagnostic and therapeutic algorithms is very necessary.
