Особливості політичної комунікації в мережі інтернет

Abstract

Дана наукова робота присвячена вивченню особливостей політичної комунікації в мережі Інтернет. Актуальність дослідження обумовлена швидким розвитком технологій та поширенням Інтернету, що змінює парадигму політичної комунікації та впливає на громадську думку. Інтернет-комунікація надає можливість залучення широкої аудиторії до політичних дискусій, але також породжує проблеми інформаційного перевантаження та зростання ризику конфліктів. Дослідження недостатньо вивчених негативних аспектів є важливим для забезпечення ефективної політичної комунікації в мережі Інтернет, з урахуванням її впливу на суспільство та сприяє розробці ефективних стратегій управління інформацією. У роботі розглянуті поняття політичної комунікації та мережевої комунікації, проведений аналіз позитивних та негативних аспектів використання Інтернету у політичній комунікації. Серед позитивних аспектів було виявлено, що Інтернет-комунікація дозволяє забезпечити взаємодію між учасниками комунікації незалежно від географічного розташування, сприяє толерантному ставленню до різних поглядів, забезпечує доступ до політичної інформації та підвищує активність учасників у суспільно-політичному житті. Такі переваги сприяють покращенню інформованості громадян, активній участі у політичних процесах, і сприяють зміцненню демократичних цінностей. Були висвітлені й негативні наслідки політичної комунікації в мережі Інтернет. Серед них – інформаційне перевантаження, фрагментарність інформації, що можуть спотворювати сприйняття політичної дійсності та збільшувати напруженість у суспільстві. Ці недоліки можуть призвести до збільшення конфліктів та спричинити зменшення довіри громадян до політичних інституцій. Подальші дослідження в цьому напрямі сприятимуть покращенню якості політичної комунікації, підвищенню рівня громадянської активності та зміцненню демократичних цінностей у суспільстві.

This scientific work is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of political communication on the Internet. The relevance of the research is due to the rapid development of technologies and the spread of the Internet, which changes the paradigm of political communication and affects public opinion. Internet communication provides an opportunity to involve a wide audience in political discussions, but it also creates problems of information overload and increasing the risk of conflicts. The study of understudied negative aspects is important for ensuring effective and ethical political communication on the Internet, taking into account its impact on society and contributes to the development of effective information management strategies. The paper examines the concepts of political communication and network communication, analyzes the positive and negative aspects of using the Internet in political communication. Among the positive aspects, it was found that Internet communication allows for interaction between communication participants regardless of geographical location, promotes tolerant attitude to different views, provides access to political information and increases the activity of participants in social and political life. Such advantages contribute to the improvement of citizens' awareness, active participation in political processes, and contribute to the strengthening of democratic values. The negative consequences of political communication on the Internet were also highlighted. Among them – information overload, fragmented information, which can distort the perception of political reality and increase tension in society. These shortcomings can lead to an increase in conflicts and cause a decrease in citizens' trust in political institutions. Further research in this direction will contribute to improving the quality of political communication, increasing the level of civic activity and strengthening democratic values in society.
