Політична маніпуляція у міждисциплінарному контексті: основні підходи

Abstract

У статті автор аналізує окремі аспекти феномену політичної маніпуляції на міждисциплінарному рівні. Зазначається, що поява нових підходів зумовлюється турбулентністю змін у світовій політиці, зокрема формуванням нового світового порядку, загостренням протистояння між демократичними системами і автократіями, повномасштабною агресією росії (як ядерної держави і члена Ради Безпеки ООН) проти України у Європі, воєнними конфліктами в Африці і на Сході. Важливу роль у формуванні політичної маніпуляції у цьому процесі відіграють інформаційні інтервенції, ІПСО, мережева система, медіа. Встановлено, що політична маніпуляція дозволяє приховати справжні наміри політичного актора та створити сприятливі обставини для просування його позитивного іміджу, ідей та статусних позиції в демократичному конкурентному середовищі Політичні маніпуляції в інституційному та змістовно-комунікаційному предметних контекстах виступають найважливішими меблі аспектами обраної тематики. Політико-філософська панорама сучасних політичних маніпуляцій набуває значення ціннісного аналізу предмету і напряму маніпулювання. Смисловий аспект маніпуляції – зміни поведінки індивідів та груп – на сучасному етапі розкривається на основі фундаментальних цінностей прав людини, суспільного добробуту, гуманістичних орієнтирів, вимог державної політики модерного суспільства. У рамцях політико-психологічної парадигми політична маніпуляція не розглядається як заборонена або табуйована тема, оскільки маніпуляція – це властивість людського спілкування. З психологічної точки зору цілком об’єктивними та нормальними є спроби вплинути на іншу особу або групу осіб з метою досягнення своїх цілей. Зазначений підхід фіксує об’єктивний емпіричний матеріал, який вказує на наявність політичного маніпулювання як різновиду політичної діяльності в умовах ризикової політичної конкуренції та імперативного контексту ефективності політичного управління. Метою політичного маніпулювання в міждисциплінарному контексті є несанкціонований з боку реципієнта інформаційний вплив. За рахунок трансляції певних політичних повідомлень досягається певна дія або бездіяльність конкретних осіб або визначених верств населення (суспільства в цілому). Стимульно-реакційна модель політичної комунікації набуває значення в умовах сучасного інформаційного суспільства та загального опосередкованого сприйняття політичної реальності. Політологічний фаховий науковий пошук акцентує увагу на таких аспектах політичний маніпуляції, як роль та значення політико-комунікаційних практик у контексті завдань збереження демократичної моделі політичної системи. Для сучасних політологічних наукових розвідок важливим є руйнівний або творчий потенціал політичного маніпулювання. Відповідно існує потреба оцінки функціоналу політико-інституційного середовища в контексті запобігання політичним маніпуляціям, а також оцінки їх позитивного антикризового впливу.

In this article, the author analyzes specific aspects of the phenomenon of political manipulation at an interdisciplinary level. It is noted that the emergence of new approaches is driven by the turbulence of changes in global politics, including the formation of a new world order, heightened confrontation between democratic systems and autocracies, and the fullscale aggression of Russia (as a nuclear state and a member of the UN Security Council) against Ukraine in Europe, as well as armed conflicts in Africa and the East. Information interventions, social media platforms, network systems, and traditional media play a crucial role in shaping political manipulation in this process. It is established that political manipulation allows concealing the true intentions of a political actor and creating favorable conditions for promoting their positive image, ideas, and status positions in a democratic competitive environment. Political manipulations in institutional and content-communicative subject contexts emerge as crucial facets of the chosen theme. The politico-philosophical panorama of contemporary political manipulations gains significance through a values analysis of the subject and the direction of manipulation. The meaningful aspect of manipulation altering the behavior of individuals and groups reveals itself based on fundamental values such as human rights, societal well-being, humanistic orientations, and the requirements of the modern society’s political policy. Within the framework of the politico-psychological paradigm, political manipulation is not considered a forbidden or taboo subject, as manipulation is an inherent aspect of human communication. From a psychological perspective, attempts to influence other individuals or groups with the aim of achieving one’s goals are objectively and normally regarded as part of human interaction. This approach is supported by empirical material, indicating the presence of political manipulation as a form of political activity in conditions of risky political competition and the imperative context of political management efficiency. The purpose of political manipulation in an interdisciplinary context is the unauthorized information impact on the part of the recipient. By transmitting specific political messages, a certain action or inaction of particular individuals or specific layers of the population (society as a whole) is achieved. The stimulus-response model of political communication gains significance in the conditions of contemporary information society and the general mediated perception of political reality. Political science research emphasizes aspects of political manipulation, such as the role and importance of political communication practices in the context of preserving the democratic model of the political system. For contemporary political science inquiries, the destructive or creative potential of political manipulation is of great importance. Accordingly, there is a need to assess the functionality of the politico-institutional environment in the context of preventing political manipulations and evaluating their positive anti-crisis impact.
