Abstract

Тема перспектив розвитку енергетичного сектору України відповідно до стандартів ЄС є надзвичайно актуальною з огляду на виклики, з якими стикається Україна в енергетичному секторі, включаючи імпорто-залежність, застарілу інфраструктуру та війну. Метою цього дослідження є аналіз перспектив розвитку енергетичного сектору України відповідно до стандартів ЄС з акцентом на заходах, як і необхідно здійснити для досягнення цієї мети. Методи дослідження, використані в цьому дослідженні, включають огляд наукової та експертної літератури з питань енергетичного сектору в Україні та ЄС, а також аналіз енергетичної політики та цілей країни, досвіду країн ЄС у розвитку їхніх енергетичних секторів відповідно до стандартів ЄС.

The prospects for developing Ukraine’s energy sector in line with EU standards is extremely relevant given the challenges Ukraine faces in the energy sector, including import dependence, outdated infrastructure, and war. This study aims to analyze the prospects for the development of Ukraine’s energy sector in line with EU standards, focusing on the measures that need to be taken to achieve this goal. The research methods used in this study include a review of scientific and expert literature on the energy sector in Ukraine and the EU, as well as an analysis of the country’s energy policy and goals and the experience of EU countries in developing their energy sectors in line with EU standards. Before considering the prospects for the development of Ukraine's energy sector according to EU standards, it is advisable to review the list of standards used to regulate the energy sector in the European area, which is actually disclosed in the article. The practical significance of this study is that it provides information and recommendations for policymakers, stakeholders, and investors on the measures that need to be taken to develop Ukraine’s energy sector in line with EU standards. By implementing these measures, Ukraine can strengthen its energy security, improve its economic performance, and contribute to global efforts to combat climate change.
