Abstract

Тhе study of hypertherrnia influence in the formation of ММP-reserves in white rats under conditions of different level of iodine deficiency under equipollent fluorine deficiency bу gel-filtration method on sefadex G -25 has been carried out. It was shorn that wanted the conditions of relative iodine sufficiency at the initial period (stage) of hyperthermia (7 min) the level of the ММР 3rd and - 4 fractions increase in the dynarnic up to 20 min period of the 5-th and 6-th fractions but decrease in the 2nd fraction and bу the end of the experiment - only in the 1st fraction (50 min). ММР of the 4 fractions increase up to 20 minutes - 5 fractions, white up to 50 min. - all fractions with the increase of thee levels are included in the process of hyperthermia adaptations under the conditions of rnarked iodine sufficiency. These findings prove the influence of iodine-fluorine supply in formation of adaptation reactions of the body under thermical stresses and ММР participation in them.
