Abstract

The influence of iodine -fluorine deficiency оn the formation of free aminoacid reserves in blооd serum and the level of their excretion with the urine in healthy persons has been investigated. lt has been established that in the blооd serum of people inhabiting the regions with marked iodine lack deficiency of majority of free aminoacids has bееп found out, but the percentage according to mkmol in а number of them is increased while the shifting of excretion with urine comparing in the data in the inhaЬitants of more iodine favorable zone are all-directed but with equipollent fluorine deficiency. This is the evidence of the fact that under the same ecologically-conditioned fluorine deficiency iodine supply of реорlе has the leading influence upon the formation of free aminoacid fund since it determines the functional activity of the thyroid gland that should bе taken into account in prophylaxis under such ecological conditions.
