Реверсія порушень метаболізму натрійуретичних пептидів у хворих на гіпертонічну хворобу під впливом терапії еналапрілом

Abstract

Тhе aim of the study was to assess natriuretic peptides metabolism in patients with essential hypertension and angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor enalapril treatment influence on it. 69 hypertensive patients and 28 practically healthy patients as control were exarnined before and 3 month after treatment with enalapril. Plasma levels of atrial natriuretic peptide precusor (proANP), N-tenninal brain natriuretic peptide precusor(Nt-proBNP) and C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP) were detennined with immune enzyme analysis. Sinificant elevetion of proANP, Nt-proBNP and CNP plasma levels had been found in hypertensive patients comparing with the controls at the baseline. After 3 month of treatment with enalapril BNP concentretion normalized and proANP and Nt-proBNP levels significantly decreased. We concluded, that treatment with enalapril facilitate the reversion of natriuretic peptides metabolism violation in patients with essential hypertension.
