Abstract:	At investigation 84 chronic toxic hepatitis patients (СТН), inducted of the chamical agents and drugs, dependence of the changes cells immunity from clinical forms of disease was detected. Immunosupression with decreased CD4+ Т -lymphocytes was characteristic for cholestatic form of CTH. Defect of immunoregulation with increased CD4+T-lymphocytes and immunoregulating index was detected at autoimmune form of СТН.
