Abstract

У статті йдеться про місцевий бюджет, який є фінансовою основою місцевих фінансів. У ньому знаходять відображення всі економічні, соціально-політичні й організаційні рішення місцевих органів влади у сфері питань місцевого значення. Місцевий бюджет є однією зі складових сфери централізованих фінансів фінансової системи, до якої входить бюджетна система. The article focuses on the local budget, which is the basis of the financial system of territorial masses.
