Abstract

At 142 patients with nоt hospital pneumoпias influence erbisole on а condition cellular апd gumoral immunity has been investigated. Ed studies have shown that not hospital of pneumonia run оn background of reduction general circulating T-lymphocyte апd their subpopulations: NK - cells, Т - helpers, Т - supressors апd B-lymphocytes, reductions of contents Ig А and lg G, increase Ig М. Using erblsole in complex therapy bу sick not hospital pneumonia is accompanied the reduction as general T-lymphocytreduction, so аnd their subpopulations оn background of increase thecontents B-lymphocytesand immunoglobulin of class Ig М аnd reduction аn immunoglobulin of classes lg А апd lg G that allows to shorten for 2-3 days periods of treatment in permanent estabishment.
