Клінічна ефективність амлодипіна у хворих артеріальною гіпертензією в поєднанні з ішемічною хворобою серця

Abstract

In this research the high clinical effectivity of the Amlodypin in patients with arterial hypertension combined with ishemic heart disease was studied. Monotherapy with the Amlodypin had not influenced the contractive quality of the left ventricle. Therapy with the Amlodypin considerably improved the diastolic function of the Ieft vertricle and brought it closerto the standart. These changes are expressed in the decreas of pre-Ioad, they also indirectly indicate the dearis of the last-diastolic pressure in the left ventricle.
