Зміни параметрів місцевого імунітету та неспецифічної резистентності слини у хворих на хейліт у процесі лікування

Abstract

At study of dynamics of the contents of secretor immunoglobuline А (S IgA) and lysozyme in saliva in 31 patients with grandular cheilitis with eczematization is revealed, that application of liniment, developed bу us, causes progressing, in comparison with the control, increase of these parameters, so before treatment the contents of S lgA in the basic group made 1,98±0,03 gr/l, for 20-th days - 2,62±0,08 gr/l, whereas in control, accordingly 1,95±0,04 gr/l and 2,45±0,05 gr/l. А level of lysozyme before treatment in the basic group 8,12±0,05 gr/l, for 20-th days of therapy 12,72±0,04 gr/l, without treatment 8,15±0,04 gr/l and 9,35±0,05 gr/l, accordingly. It serves а parameter of normalization of local unspecific resistance at present category of patients.
