| Abstract: | Under the conditions of thyroxin toxicosis the intensivity of negative-chronotropic reactions to vagus stimulation is decreased. That testify about the lower basic level of the acetylcholine in cholinergic terminations. This appearance is ascorted bу increase of the choline-receptors sensibility to acetylcholine. It is а compensatoric reaction to provide with vagus control of the heart. |
