Кластерний підхід у розвитку прикордонного регіону Закарпатської області

Abstract

У статті здійснено системний аналіз факторів інтенсифікації транспортно-логістичної діяльності прикордонного регіону Закарпатської області та обґрунтовано напрями її вдосконалення в контексті активізації транскордонного співробітництва прикордонного регіону. З теоретико-методологічної точки зору основними характеристиками транскордонного кластеру є інноваційність, наявність у прикордонних регіонах взаємопов’язаних інституцій, фірм, університетів, науково-дослідницьких центрів і, що особливо важливо, формування конкурентних переваг транскордонного регіону. З’ясовано, що використання кластерного підходу і кластерних механізмів у формуванні транспортно-логістичних комплексів України слугуватиме економічному зростанню як прикордонних регіонів, а також і країни загалом.

The paper is dedicated to the systematic analysis of the intensification factors of the Transcarpathian border region transportation and logistics activity. Also, the directions of its improvement in the context of the border regions cross-border cooperation activation has been substantiated. From the theoretical and methodological point of view the main characteristics of the cross-border cluster in the border regions is innovation, the presence of interconnected institutions, companies, universities, scientific and research centers, and what is particularly important – formation of the cross-border regions competitive advantages. It has been found out that the use of the cluster approach and cluster mechanisms in the formation of Ukraine’s transportation and logistics complex will lead to economic growth both in the border regions as well as in the country as a whole.
