Профілактика вторинних ускладнень при релапаротоміях у хворих на абдомінальний сепсис

Abstract

On the base of experience of the surgical treatment of 61 patients with abdominal sepsis the authors have grounded advisability of use the modem classification of septic syndromes because criteria laying in the base of their determination allow to evaluate the severity of patient's condition prognostic orientations and dynamics of pathological process. Тhе complex surgical treatment including adequate sanation of pathological focus, rational antimicrobic therapy, respiratory, circulatory, metabolic support, portosystemic detoxication and early enteral sound feeding allow to improve essentially the results of the treatment of the difficult category of patients.
