Abstract

Results of the lead researches testify, that at pregnant women with barreness in the anamnesis frequency delivery bу operation cesarean sections is very high (50,6 %}, making at endocrinological the form of 47,6 %; at mixed-60,4 %; at trumpet-46,0 %. At delivery women with barreness in the anamnesis endocrinological the form meets in 73,3 % of cases; mixed - in 17,4 % and trumpet barreness in 9,3 % of supervision. Use prograrnme conducting pregnancy and sorts at women with barreness in the anamnesis allows to lower а level cesarean sections due to decrease in frequency intra-uterine hypoxia а born on а background fetoplacental insufficiency and anomalies of patrimonial activity. Besides it promoted decrease in frequency asphyxia newborns, and also posthypoxial encephalopathy.
