Abstract

As have shown results of the lead researches, later applying newborn to а breast is one of principal causes of development hypogalactia with infringement of quantitative and qualitative structure of chest milk. Among principal causes of late applying newborn to а breast the fruit reasons (48,0 %) more often take pІасе: parent (32,0 %) and combination (20,0 %) . Hypogalactia at women with late applying newborn to а breast are characterized bу authentic decrease in quantity of allocated milk, and its qualitative changes are characterized in 1 day after delivery bу authentic decrease in the following parameters: lactose; the common fiber; antibodies of classes G, А and М. On 3 day in addition occurs authentic reduction of some parameters: laktoferine; Vitamins С and Е, and also slgA. Pri's antibody of а high degree of risk hypogalactia with the purpose of its preventive maintenance 3 times day from 36-37 weeks of pregnancy (the ambassador nрогностической estimations) and not less than 30 days after delivery in а continuous mode are necessary to use preparation "Kratal" on 1 tablet.
