| Abstract: | Such indices of the humoral immunity as IgG, ІgМ, IgE, presence of antibodies to denaturated and non- denaturated DNA of class G as well as α-fetoprotein in pathients with cirrhosis has been investigated. Availability of antibodies to denaturated and non- denaturated DNA of class G in blood serum evidences the grow progressively worse. The increase of α-fetoprotein rates indicates the probability of transformation of cirrhosis into the hepatocellular carcinoma. |
