Abstract: | Survey of literature and own data оn the determination of the microelement composition in placenta with different phetoplacentary deficiency genesis in comparative aspect have allowed the differently directed dysbalance of such elements as Na, Cа, І, Br, СІ and change in essential Zn, Мn microelements to bе found, as well as accumulation of highly-toxic elements, і.е. Sb (antimony) and Sr (strontium) to bе established. As our studies and comparative analysis have shown, the macro- and microelement (Na, Cа, Мn, Zn, СІ, Br, І) content in placenta samples at different phetoplacentary deficiency genesis, in particular, against the arterial hypertension background, appeared to bе much higher than that in placenta at not phetoplacentary deficiency - complicated course of pregnancy. Based оn the comparative analysis and quantitative studies data оn macro- and microelement placenta composition in patients with phetoplacentary deficiency of different-genesis, using the nuclear physical photoactivation method, we have found that at phetoplacentary deficiency the content of life important elements - sodium, calcium, zinc, manganese, chlorine, iodine increases, and the toxic elements (antimony, strontium) are accumulated independent of the phetoplacentary deficiency genesis. However, macro- and microelement dysbalance and accumulation in placenta during gestation are different and depend оn the pathology that resulted to phetoplacentary deficiency. Іn particular, iodine and calcium content in placenta tissue is the lowest in patients with arterial hypertension and the highest at phetoplacentary deficiency against the hydramnion. Our data lead us to conclusion that one of the aspects of phetoplacentary deficiency development is macro- and microelement dysbalance іn placenta tissue in а form of increase of cumulative properties of placenta with respect to the elements under study. This could bе treated as compensatory- adaptation placenta reaction directed to the preservation of adequate fetus provision with necessary macro- and trace elements. The delay іn intrauterine development of fetus and the appearance of oligo- and hydramnion being the basic sign of phetoplacentary deficiency observed bу us could bе the revellation of inadequate provision. |
