| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена висвітленню соціально-економічного значення правового режиму ліцензування господарської діяльності, його переваг та недоліків. Автор заповнює прогалину у ліцензійному законодавстві визначенням цілей та завдань ліцензування, аналізуючи підходи науковців та західну доктрину адміністративних послуг. | Description: | The article is devoted to coverage of the socio-economic importance of the legal regime of licensing of economic activities, its advantages and disadvantages. Author fills a gap in the license law by the definition of aims and objectives of licensing, analyzing the approaches of scientists and western doctrine of administrative services. In this article was conducted a research of the principles and functions of licensing.
