| Abstract: | The work is devoted the determination of the thermoelectric parameters polycrystalline samples of TlBiSe2 and Tl9BiSe6 ternary compounds. The thermoelectric properties were investigated in the temperature region 300–600 K using the Harman method. Established, that of the polycrystals Tl9BiSe6 are characterize by the high thermoelectric parameters aTmax=1630 mkV/degree, ZT=1,53´10–3 K–1. |
