Проблеми правового регулювання відкриття банківського рахунку юридичною особою

Abstract

У статті досліджено проблеми правового регулювання відкриття банківського рахунку юридичною особою. Проаналізовано порядок укладення договору банківського рахунку, перелік документів, необхідних для відкриття банківського рахунку. Запропоновано на основі зроблених висновків зміни до чинного законодавства України. Ключові слова: юридична особа, банк, банківський рахунок, договір банківського рахунку.

Article is devoted to the assessment of the problem of legal regulation of opening of the bak account by the legal entity. Having analized the process of drafting of the contract on opening the bank account , the list of documents required for the opening of the bank account. Тhe author has proposed amendment to the acting legioslation of the Ukraine based on the conclusions of the reserach. Key words: legal entity, bank, bank account, the contract on bank account.
