Синоніми іменників і дієслів як елемент творення тексту роману М. Матіос «Солодка Даруся»

Abstract

У статті розглядається важливе питання архітектоніки художнього тексту – роману української письменниці Марії Матіос «Солодка Даруся». Мова роману досліджується на предмет вживання синонімів іменників та дієслів, якими авторка передає власні творчі фантазії, які мовними засобами трансформує у художні образи. Мета статті - вивчення творчої практики письменниці, яка формує наратив на межі літературної мови та гуцульського діалекту, не порушуючи їх рівновагу у питанні використання синонімів. Завдання дослідження – опис ролі синонімів як елементів художньої експресії в романі. Використано метод суцільної вибірки, описовий, контекстуально- інтерпретаційний, зіставний, дистрибутивний. Доведено, що окремі поняття, важливі для інтерпретації наративу, мають синоніми як ідеографічні, так і експресивні. У тексті ключові синонімічні ряди розкривають ставлення автора та героїв до сюжету, наповнюючи наратив відповідною інформацією, символами, конотаціями, авторськими асоціаціями. Письменниця вводить у свою розповідь синоніми, які вказують на час оповіді, належність персонажів до певного соціального середовища, а також створює відповідний топос подій. Оповідач добре знає історію села на кордоні кількох держав, долі окремих людей, які ламаються в страшних подіях Другої світової війни та повоєнний період, що і майстерно передається вживанням відповідних синонімів. Синоніми-дієслова переважно виконують у тексті роману експресивну функцію, на відміну від іменників, які є найчастіше є хронологічно значущими маркерами. Важливе значення має спосіб уведення синонімічних рядів у контекст: контактне розміщення, дистантне, рамкове, градаційне. Така уважна робота з використанням лексичних багатств мови свідчить про високу майстерність авторки, уміння актуалізувати роль деталі, чим і створюються колорит та неповтор- ність роману. Вивчення практики використання синонімів іменників та дієслів дає можливість проникнути у творчу лабораторію письменника, у той світ, у якому взаємодіють, доповнюють, перетинаються семантичні поля, створюючи неповторні образи складної епохи.

The article addresses an important issue of the architectonics of a literary text, specifically the novel «Sweet Darusia» by Ukrainian writer Maria Matios. The language of the novel is analyzed with regard to the use of noun and verb synonyms, which the author employs to convey her creative fantasies, transforming them into artistic images through linguistic means. The purpose of the article is to study the creative practice of the writer, who forms a narrative on the border of literary language and the Hutsul dialect, maintaining a balance between them in the use of synonyms. The research task is to describe the role of synonyms as elements of artistic expression in the novel. The methods used include complete sampling, descriptive, contextual-interpretive, comparative, and distributional analysis. It is proven that certain concepts, important for the interpretation of the narrative, have both ideographic and expressive synonyms. In the text, key synonymous series reveal the attitudes of the author and the characters towards the plot, filling the narrative with relevant information, symbols, connotations, and authorial associations. The writer introduces synonyms into her narrative that indicate the time of the story, the characters’ belonging to a certain social environment, and also creates an appropriate topos of events. The narrator is well-versed in the history of the village on the border of several states and the fates of individuals who are broken by the terrible events of World War II and the post-war period, which is skillfully conveyed through the use of appropriate synonyms. Verb synonyms primarily serve an expressive function in the novel’s text, in contrast to nouns, which often serve as chronologically significant markers. The way synonymous series are introduced into the context is of great importance: contact placement, distant, frame, and gradation. Such careful work with the lexical richness of the language demonstrates the high skill of the author and her ability to highlight the role of detail, thus creating the color and uniqueness of the novel. The study of the practice of using noun and verb synonyms allows us to delve into the writer’s creative laboratory, into the world where semantic fields interact, complement each other, and intersect, creating unique images of a complex era.
