Abstract

The monograph is devoted to the actual problem of the formation of information environments of scientific activity subjects, the assessment of the potential of scientific activity subjects, the identification of subject scientific environments, the search for partners for cooperation in educational and scientific projects. A methodology for the formation of information environments of scientific activity subjects has been developed, which allows forming teams of educational and scientific international projects from the world's leading scientists, including methods and models for identifying subject scientific environments and evaluating the performance of scientific activity subjects within these environments, which will increase the validity of decision-making on the choice of performers for the organization of scientific projects, will ensure the development of scientific organizations and universities and, as a consequence, it will increase the productivity of subjects of scientific activity in general.
