Діяльність Ліги Націй у сфері підтримання міжнародного миру та безпеки: історико-правовий аналіз

Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню історико-правових аспектів діяльності Ліги Націй у сфері підтримання міжнародного миру та безпеки. Проаналізовано основні передумови створення та компетенцію головних органів Ліги Націй. На підставі проведеного аналізу систематизовано позитивні й негативні результати діяльності Ліги Націй у контексті становлення і розвитку ідеї про мирне співіснування держав та принципу міжнародного співробітництва.

The article investigates the historical and legal aspects of the League of Nations in the maintenance of international peace and security. Analyzed the main prerequisites for the development and competence of the main organs of the League of Nations. Based on a systematic analysis of positive and negative results of the League of Nations in the context of the formation and development of the idea of peaceful coexistence of states and the principle of international cooperation.
