Национальная государственность в Азербайджане как основа народной власти

Abstract

У статті розглядаються питання сучасного розвитку національної державності. Говориться, що історія людського існування знала різні форми колективної ідентичності. Иде відбір, йде розвиток найбільш усталених і апробованих в історичному розвитку форм. У підсумку варто сподіватися, що загальні цивілізаційні рамки розвитку створять можливість досягнення високого і стійкого рівня як індивідуальної, так і колективної ідентичності. Першочерговими завданнями, що стоять перед сучасними країнами, де розвиток ще поступається найрозвиненішим країнам з погляду становлення державності, є формування нових форм господарювання і соціального розвитку. Все це створить можливість для подальшого зміцнення основ національної державності. Це передбачає в майбутньому можливість поєднання загальнолюдських і конкретних етнічних факторів у колективному розвитку і колективній ідентичності.

The article reviews the issues of the modern development of the national statehood. It is stated that the history of human existence has undergone various forms of collective identity. There is an ongoing process of selection and development of the most established forms approved in historical development. In the end, it is hoped that the common civilizational development framework will create the opportunity to achieve a high and sustainable level of both individual and collective identity. The formation of new forms of management and social development are the priority tasks currently facing modern countries, where development is still inferior to the most developed countries in terms of the formation of statehood. All of this will create an opportunity for further strengthening the foundations of the national statehood. At the same time, it also implies the possibility of combining the universal and specific ethnic factors in collective development and collective identity.
