Abstract

У статті визначається необхідність вироблення нового підходу до проблеми створення єдиної системи європейської безпеки в нових умовах. Виявлена міжнародно-політична ситуація на європейському континенті на рубежі століть в її стратегічному і військово-політичному аспектах. Проаналізовані процеси і явища, які формують світовий порядок нового століття на європейському континенті, виявлені основні загрози і виклики в сучасних умовах, досліджені характер, особливості, принципи створення сучасної системи європейської безпеки, розглянуті основні учасники побудови системи європейської безпеки. З урахуванням важливості участі ООН, Європейського Союзу, ОБСЄ і НАТО в побудові єдиної системи європейської безпеки, дана оцінка проблемам забезпечення європейської безпеки.

The Article definite the importance of develop the problem of creating a common system of European security in the modern situation. Analyses an international political situation in Europe іп the XXI century in its strategic and military-political aspects. Also analyzes the processes and events that shape the world order in the new century in Europe with threats and challenges in modern situation, analyzes characteristics, principles of modern European security system/ The main participants in the construction of the European security system given the importance of the participation of the United Nations, the European Union, the OSCE, NATO in building a common European security system and assessed the problems of European security.
