Системное соответствие социальных институтов как фактор эффективного использования условий межпарадигмальной переходности

Abstract

Теоретико-методологічними базами статті є роботи дослідників соціальних інститутів, інституціоналізації та інституційних змін. Забезпечення живучості та конкурентності соціуму в умовах накладення тенденцій, з одного боку, міжпарадигмального переходу, а, з іншого - деградації і хаосу еліт пов'язується з якістю соціальних інститутів. Їх системна відповідність розглядається двояко, двохконтурно: як внутрішня взаємна відповідність, що дозволяє функціонувати комплексно, заміщаючи і «лікуючи», відновлюючи інвалідні та відсутні комунікації, а також як адекватність зовнішнім вимогам епохи завданням формування «суспільства знання». Мотивування і солідарність суспільства структурується його Надпроектом розвитку. Ефективними структурами комплексної концентрації науково-інтелектуального потенціалу суспільства розглядаються науково-освітньо-виробничі кластери - потенційні точки розвитку і локомотиви суспільства як цілого. Педагогічне «обслуговування» їх уміщує як розвиток особистості, так і поєднання загальнометодологічної і професійної освіти (зокрема методами регулярного самоосвіти і перенавчання) на основі включення у творчість. Підвищення ефективності подальших наукових розвідок у цій сфері пов'язується із завчасним дослідженням напрямів оптимізації суспільних умов використання науково-освітньо-виробничих кластерів.

Theoretical and methodological bases of the article are the works of researchers of social institutions, institutionalization and institutional changes. In the conditions of superposition of tendencies, on the one hand, interparadigmal transition, and, on the other hand, degradation and chaos of elites, ensuring the vitality and competitiveness of the society is associated with the quality of social institutions. Their system correspondence is considered in two ways, two contours: as an internal mutual correspondence, which allows to function in a complex way, replacing and “curing”, restoring invalid and absent communications, and also as external adequacy to the requirements of the era, above all, the tasks of forming a “knowledge society”. The motivation and solidarity of the society is structured by its Superproject of Development. As effective structures of the complex concentration of scientific and intellectual potential of the society, scientific and educational-production clusters are considered — potential development points and locomotives of the society as a whole. Pedagogical “service” includes both the development of the personality, and the combination of general methodological and vocational education (including methods of regular self-education and retraining) on the basis of inclusion in creativity. Increasing the effectiveness of further scientific intelligence in this area is associated with an early study of the directions for optimizing the social conditions for the use of scientific and educational production clusters.
