| Abstract: | In method of solid-phase spectrophotometry (SPS) a natural silica - a diatomite Celite 545 is used. On example of the determination of amount Cu2+ in solution within 2 ×10-6 -10-5M a possibility of using the diatomite Celite 545 in quantitative analysis is shown . On the grounds of studying the kinetics of relative adsorptions Cu2+ on modified diatomite Celite 545 optimum time (5min.) of preliminary concentration of ions of Cu2+ is determined . In such a way the time of determination of ions Cu2+ is reduced from 20 to 10 minutes by method SPS. |
