| Abstract: | This study presents some regularity in changes of melting (or perytektyky) and bandgap of Tl6XY4 and Tl5Se2Y ternary compounds from Cl → Br → I or S → Se → Те isovalent substitutions. The linear dependence of the melting temperature from the mean value of sum of nuclear charges of components of solid solutions in Tl6SI4 - Tl6SeI4 and Tl5Se2Br - Tl5Se2I systems was observed. |
