Abstract:	The formation mechanizm of the compounds with argyrodite structure Cu6PS5Cl and Cu6PS5Br was investigated by the thermal analyses method, the optimum condition of compound syntesis have been chosen. The samples of Cu6PS5Cl – Cu6PS5Br system have been obtained by solid state syntheses. The investigation of alloys was carried out by the methods of XRD, densimetry and diffuse reflection spectroscopy. The formation of solid solution in system Cu6PS5 Cl – Cu6PS5Br have been discovered. It is shown, that the bond gap of Cu6PS5Br(1-x)Clx sets at replacement of Chlorine on Bromine decreases, that is explained by diminution to ionic-covalent chemical bond.
