Девіантна поведінка за умов воєнного стану: чинники, наслідки, механізми впливу

Abstract

Девіантна поведінка в умовах воєнного стану потребує комплексного вивчення через її вплив на правопорядок та рівень злочинності. Важливо дослідити психологічні та соціологічні чинники, що призводять до відхилень у поведінці, проаналізувати їх наслідки для суспільства та розробити ефективні методи корекції. Результати такого аналізу можуть стати підґрунтям для розробки цільових державних програм профілактики та подолання девіантної поведінки.Девіантна поведінки – це явище, не маючи чітко визначеного негативного характеру, притаманне кожній особі. Проте за умов воєнного стану в Україні девіантна поведінка несе здебільшого негативні прояви. Збільшення подібного роду проявів становить загрозу для життя значної частини соціуму. За відсутності відповідних механізмів, що здійснюють регулювання девіантної поведінки, виникає загроза подальшому її зростанню, що може загрожувати психологічному добробуту населення, суспільним відносинам та загальному соціально-економічному становищу держави. Все це ставить на порядок денний нагальну необхідність системного аналізу девіантної поведінки задля забезпечення належних механізмів її регулювання та корекції. У статті досліджується девіантна поведінка, її прояви під час воєнного стану, чинники, що впливають на неї, наслідки, які вона несе за відсутності належних методів її регулювання та відповідні механізми впливу на девіантну поведінку. Розглядаються окремі конкретні форми та засоби регулювання девіантної поведінки, які б відповідали сучасним умовам для формування безпечного суспільства. Дано аналіз класифікації девіантної поведінки, її ознак та проявів злочинності при девіантній поведінці. Наголошується на необхідності створення ефективних засобів регулювання проявів девіантної поведінки у суспільстві, які можуть забезпечити запобігання порушенням прав і свобод людини та громадянина. Досліджуються сучасні виклики, які стають на перешкоді регулюванню девіантної поведінки під час воєнного стану. Вказується на потребі подальшого вдосконалення механізмів корекції девіантної поведінки та мінімізації її негативних проявів за умов воєнного стану.

Deviant behavior under martial law requires a comprehensive study due to its impact on law and order and the level of crime. It is important to investigate the psychological and sociological factors that lead to deviations in behavior, analyze their consequences for society and develop effective methods of correction. The results of such an analysis can become the basis for the development of targeted state programs for the prevention and overcoming of deviant behavior.Deviant behavior is a phenomenon, which does not have a clearly defined negative character, is inherent to every person. However, under the conditions of martial law in Ukraine, deviant behavior mostly manifests in negative ways. The increase in this type of manifestations constitutes a threat to the lives of a significant part of society. In the absence of appropriate mechanisms which carry out the regulation of deviant behavior, occurs a threat of its further growth, which may threaten the psychological well-being of the population, social relations and the general socio-economic situation of the state.All this puts on the agenda the urgent need for a systematic analysis of deviant behavior in order to ensure appropriate mechanisms of its regulation and correction.The article examines deviant behavior, its manifestations during martial law, factors that are influencing it, the consequences that it has in the absence of proper methods of its regulation, and the corresponding mechanisms of influence on deviant behavior.The author considers relevant aspects in the perspective of ensuring effective means of regulating deviant behavior that would meet proper, modern standards of its provision for the formation of a safe society.The main classification, signs of deviant behavior and analysis of the manifestations of crime in deviant behavior are considered. The need to create effective means of regulating manifestations of deviant behavior in society is emphasized, which can provide prevention of the violations of human and civil rights and freedoms. Modern challenges that hinder the regulation of deviant behavior during martial law are investigated. The author emphasizes on the need for further improvement of the mechanisms of the regulation of deviant behavior and the prevention of its negative manifestations under martial law.
