Abstract: Aim: To investigate the level of use of cardiovascular interventions during the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction in Ukraine. Materials and Methods: Materials:statistical data of the National Health Service of Ukraine for the period 2021-2023 in regional aspect. Methods:bibliosemantic, medico-statistical, of structural-and-logical analysis. Conclusions: In Ukraine, there is a tendency to increase the level of use of these technologies in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction. Reliable differences in the level of use of cardiovascular interventions in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction across the regions of Ukraine were reveale. A critically low level of use of these technologies is observed in the territories temporarily occupied by Russian troops since 2014 – Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
