Strategy for the development and implementation of renewable energy in Ukraine

Abstract

Розглянута до впровадження конкурентоспроможна стратегія розвитку відновлюваної енергетики в Україні. Ключовим завданням, яке ставили перед собою автори — науково обґрунтувати та розробити стратегію розвитку відновлюваної енергетики на основі власних інноваційних технологій виробництва та пошуків енергетично-екологічних відновлювальних ресурсів. Наведено результати наукових розробок з впровадження відновлюваних енергетичних джерел без нанесення шкоди довкіллю, а також безпечного використання сільськогосподарських угідь. Пропонується до впровадження використання унікальних природних комплексів складових елементів відновлюваної енергетики — сонячної та вітрової енергії. Вперше пропонується до впровадження використання водних дзеркал озер Переддобруджя для створення унікальних за розмірами та площами сонячних та вітрових станцій, з використанням значних водних ресурсів р. Дунай, що безповоротно впадає в Чорне море. Вперше в Україні наведена можливість використання водних дзеркал затоки Джарилгач та Тендрівського лиману для створення надпотужних сонячних станцій в комплексі з вітровими установками на їх площах. Крім того, пропонується для вироблення зеленого водню використання дніпровських вод, що також безповоротно впадають в Чорне море. Вперше розглянута можливість та обґрунтована технологія до впровадження на білий природний водень. Впровадження наведених розробок, а також використання унікального комплексу природних потужностей, якими володіє держава, гарантують Україні стати в майбутньому найпотужнішим виробником енергетично-відновлювальних джерел ХХІ ст. для власних потреб та потреб європейського споживача

A competitive strategy for the development of renewable energy in Ukraine was considered before its implementation. The key task that the authors set before themselves was to scientifically justify and develop a strategy for the development of renewable energy based on their own innovative production technologies and the search for renewable energy and environmental resources. The results of scientific developments on the introduction of renewable energy sources without harming the environment, as well as the safe use of agricultural land, are presented. It is proposed to implement the use of unique natural complexes of constituent elements of renewable energy - solar and wind energy. For the first time, it is proposed to implement the use of water mirrors of Preddobrudja lakes to create solar and wind stations unique in size and area, using significant water resources of the Danube River, which irreversibly flow into the Black Sea. For the first time in Ukraine, the possibility of using the water mirrors of the Dzharylgach Bay and the Tendrivsky estuary to create superpower solar plants in a complex with wind turbines on their areas has been presented. In addition, it is proposed to use the Dnieper waters, which also flow irreversibly into the Black Sea, for the production of green hydrogen. For the first time, the possibility and justified technology for the introduction of white natural hydrogen is considered. The implementation of the above developments, as well as the use of a unique complex of natural capacities owned by the state, guarantee Ukraine to become in the future the most powerful producer of renewable energy sources of the XXI century for its own needs and the needs of the European consumer
