Таксономічний підхід до вивчення сутності стратегічного управління

Abstract

Стаття присвячена проблематиці виявлення сутності стратегічного управління, чому слугує застосування таксоно- мічного методу. Його сутність дозволяє виявити основні ознаки сучасних підходів та провести їх класифікацію. Дослідження дозволило виділити три групи точок зору на сутність страте- гічного управління, які панують в сучасній науковій думці. За- пропонована класифікація містить технологічний, структурний та інтегральний сигнуми.

The article is about identifying the essence of strategic management, which is the use of the taxonomic method. Its use in this paper reveals the main features of modern approaches and spends their classification. An important focus of research essence of strategic management acts taxonomy that allows to create the groups of the modern approaches and to identify the main features of the phenomenon under study, and this in turn provides opportunities to identify its categorical content. Analysis of publications showed some limitations of current approaches to classification essence of strategic management, which gave the possibility to offer all combine approaches on three grounds. This classification lets to understand the theoretical content of the strategic management and gives opportunity for practical sphere of management to determine the main points of strategic actions of the economical system. The first group of approaches is combined on the basis of technological sign, which includes process, function and strategic management decisions points of view. The decision making point of view on the strategic management in this group of approaches is connected only with ideas in term of which the decision is consider as an action set. This group provides emphasis in the approach to a sequence of actions that leaders must make the economic system in the process of strategic management. The second group attributed approaches is combined on the basis of structuring. This group of approaches is connected with the essence, containing an assessment of the constituent elements of strategic management. To this category it is classified the institutional and systemic approaches. The third group is called integral; it attributed approaches that combine technological features and structural principle. This group of the approaches referred position management decisions and conceptual approach. Integral group combines other approaches, which are not suitable for the first and second groups.
