Особливості ортопедичного лікування ульнарної девіації пальців кисті при псоріатичному артриті

Abstract

Ульнарна деформація пальців є частою патологією при псоріатичному артриті. Зазвичай є кілька причин деформації в одному суглобі. Головний механізм - ліктьове переміщення сухожилка розгинача або істотне руйнування головок п'ястних кісток. У першому випадку ми виконували ендопротезування. У разі поширеності м'якої тка­нини, ми пропонуємо свій метод пластики сухожиль для корекції деформації. Доведено їх ефективність у пацієнтів з псоріазом.

Ulnar deviation of fingers turned out to bе rather frequent deformity in psoriatic arthritis. Usually there are several causes of the deformity in one joint. The major mechanism is customery the ulnar shift of the extensor tendon or significant destructioп of the heads of the metacarpals. ln the first case we carried out implantation of the endoprothesis. ln the case of prevalence of the soft tissue саusе we offer our method of tendons plastic for the correction of the deformity. It proved to bе eftective in psoriatic patients. Results are discussed.
