| Abstract: | In the article the state of the women in Ukraine is analyzed through analysis of the role and activities of the women in the framework of the public service. Author analyzes the sociological and statistical data which demonstrate the level of the women's presence on the different levels of the state mechanism and their influence on the state decision-making. Empirical research creates the possibility for the elaboration of the well-grounded conclusions and practical recommendations. |
