Наукові засади визначення тактики оперативного лікування переломів довгих кісток у постраждалих з політравмою

Abstract

Стаття присвячена вивченню особливостей перебігу травматичної хвороби у постраждалих з поєднаною скелетною травмою. Проведено аналіз летальності, ускладнень перебігу травматичної хвороби, визначено вплив опе­ративного лікування переломів довгих кісток у постраждалих з політравмою у різних клініко-нозолоrічних групах, обгрунтовані оптимальні строки та періоди високого ризику оперативного лікування переломів довгих кісток. При підрахунках застосовувались статистичні методи обчислення, визначення взаємовпливу різних факторів з допомо­гою визначення поліхоричного показника зв'язку та показника взаємного сполучення за методикою Пірсона, щіль­ності зв'язку між якісними ознаками за допомогою коефіцієнта асоціації.

The article is devoted to the particular characteristics of traumatic illness course at patients with long bones fractures as а part of multitrauma. The level of mortality, character of complications was analyzed; the influence of surgical treatment of patients with Іоng bones fractures as а result of multitrauma was determined іn different clinico-nosologycal groups. The optimum terms and periods of high risk of surgicaI treatment of long bones fractures were explained. Long bоnеs fractures have great influence оn the injury heaviness degree іn cases of multitrauma. This kind of trauma is а risk factor of the mutual charge syndrome beginning. Тhе operative treatment of long bоnеs fractures optimizes traumatic illness course аnd must bе done in optimal terms which are individual for each patient. It's necessary to make аІІоwаnсе fоr the risk degree of fatality and beginnings of special complicatioпs іn different groups of patients during planning the surgery.
