| Abstract: | У статті досліджено сучасні патентні тренди у сфері технологій штучного інтелекту та машинного навчання для управління міжнародними торговими потоками. Проаналізовано динаміку патентування ШІ-технологій,виявлено експоненційне зростання кількості патентних заявок та зміну географічного розподілу технологічного лідерства. Визначено ключові напрямки технологічних розробок, зокрема машинне навчання, алгоритми та математичну оптимізацію. Розглянуто вплив ШІ-технологій на прогнозування попиту, автоматизацію логістики, митні процедури та кібербезпеку. Визначено основні виклики, пов’язані з патентуванням ШІ-технологій, зокрема проблеми правового регулювання та стандартизації. Проаналізовано міжнародні ініціативи щодо регулювання ШІ та необхідність глобальної гармонізації регуляторних рамок для сприяння інноваціям у світовій торгівлі |
