Політико-технологічний вплив регіональних ЗМІ Одещини на аудиторію: динаміка змін у воєнний час

Abstract

У статті автор аналізує особливості зміни медійного простору в Одесі та Одеському регіоні та тенденції розвитку політико-технологічних впливів провідних ЗМІ. Сьогодні в масштабах країни та Одеського регіону суцільно зростає роль блогінгу як соціокультурного та політико-технологічного засобу комунікації та впливу на аудиторію. Моніторинг змін у журналістській спільноті вказує на значний відтік кадрів із традиційних медіа, які в тому числі закриваються через недостатнє фінансування, у блогосферу, яка, в свою чергу, розширюється і представлена на досить різних платформах. Звичайно телеграм-платформи і ведення власного телеграм-каналу суттєво оптимальніше у нових умовах нестабільності в інформаційній сфері. Цим власне користуються блогери, інтерес яких пов'язаний безпосередньо із поширенням контенту соціального та політичного спрямування. На сучасному етапі в місті Одеса складається досить конкурентне середовище серед блогерів власне у телеграм площині. Тематика концептуально не виходить із зазначеного проблемного поля. На міському рівні Одеси та інших міст регіону відбувається саме така оптимізація та медіа заміщення. Крім суто інформаційних телеграм-каналів важливо виділити інформаційно-аналітичні, які виконують функцію не просто ретрансяції в популярній інформаційній площині події або думки. Серед змін та трансформацій у засобах політико-технологічного впливу можна відмітити тотальне зникнення соціально-політичних ток-шоу, які надавали змогу вести широкий діалог між політичним, громадським та експертним середовищем. Фактично ми говоримо сьогодні про значні наслідки втрат саме у деліберації в межах Одеси та Одеської області в цілому. Регіональні ЗМІ міста Одеси та Одещини в цілому на сучасному етапі повномасштабної війни залишається активними суб’єктами політико-технологічного впливу, однак це відбувається в ситуації кардинальної трансформації системи медіапростору та субмедіапростору. Зміни стосуються як якісних, так і кількісних показників. Ці показники мають значну динаміку, яка проявляється характерними циклами періоду повномасштабної війни за роками пролонгування. Цей процес характеризується трансформацією самого сприйняття політико-комунікативної взаємодії та відповідних мережевих та вертикальних інтеракцій. В межах його різко зменшилась кількість традиційних ЗМІ, зокрема мова йде про телеканали безпосередньо в місті Одеса.

In the article, the author analyses the peculiarities of changes in the media space in Odesa and Odesa region and trends in the development of political and technological influences of the leading media. Today, the role of blogging as a socio-cultural, political and technological means of communication and influence on the audience is growing in the country and in the Odesa region. Monitoring of changes in the journalistic community indicates a significant outflow of personnel from traditional media, which are also closing due to lack of funding, to the blogosphere, which, in turn, is expanding and is represented on quite different platforms. Of course, telegram platforms and running your own telegram channel are much more optimal in the new conditions of instability in the information sphere. This is actually used by bloggers whose interest is directly related to the dissemination of social and political content. At the present stage, the city of Odesa has a fairly competitive environment among bloggers in the Telegram space. The topics are not conceptually different from this problem area. At the municipal level in Odesa and other cities in the region, this kind of optimisation and media substitution is taking place. In addition to purely informational telegram channels, it is important to distinguish informational and analytical channels, which serve not only to relay events or opinions in the popular information plane. Among the changes and transformations in the means of political and technological influence, we can note the total disappearance of social and political talk shows, which provided an opportunity for a broad dialogue between the political, public and expert environment. In fact, today we are talking about the significant consequences of losses in deliberation within Odesa and Odesa region as a whole. At the current stage of the full-scale war, the regional media of Odesa and Odesa region as a whole remain active subjects of political and technological influence, but this is happening in a situation of a radical transformation of the media space and sub-media space system. The changes concern both qualitative and quantitative indicators. These indicators have significant dynamics, which is manifested by the characteristic cycles of the period of full-scale war in terms of years of prolongation. This process is characterised by the transformation of the very perception of political and communication interaction and the corresponding network and vertical interactions. Within this process, the number of traditional media has sharply decreased, in particular, the number of TV channels in Odesa.
