Особливості геополітичних інтересів Китайської Народної Республіки та Південно-Африканської Республіки

Abstract

У статті здійснено комплексний аналіз геополітичних інтересів Китайської Народної Республіки (КНР) та Південно-Африканської Республіки (ПАР), з особливим акцентом на стратегічні аспекти їх взаємодії на глобальній арені. Дослідження охоплює різноманітні аспекти зовнішньої політики обох країн, включаючи економічні, політичні, безпекові та культурні чинники, що визначають їх зовнішньоекономічні та міжнародні відносини. Особливу увагу приділено взаємодії КНР і ПАР у рамках БРІКС, а також їхній співпраці в рамках Африканського Союзу та Організації Об'єднаних Націй, що дозволяє обом країнам зміцнювати свої позиції на міжнародній арені. У статті проаналізовано ключові мотиви, що визначають геополітичні стратегії кожної з держав. Для КНР важливими є забезпечення економічної експансії через ініціативу «Пояс і шлях», зокрема через будівництво інфраструктури та розвиток торгових зв'язків в Африці, де ПАР є важливим торговим партнером. Китай також активно інвестує в енергетичний сектор ПАР, зокрема в будівництво та модернізацію електростанцій, що дає змогу забезпечити стабільне постачання енергії на континенті. У свою чергу, ПАР зацікавлена в зміцненні своїх економічних позицій, зокрема через розширення торгівлі з Китаєм та залучення інвестицій у ключові сектори економіки. Важливою складовою двосторонніх відносин є співпраця в сфері безпеки та боротьби з глобальними викликами, такими як тероризм, зміни клімату та екологічні катастрофи. КНР та ПАР активно взаємодіють у питаннях забезпечення регіональної стабільності, зокрема на континенті, де Китай займає ключову роль у розвитку миротворчих ініціатив. Окрім цього, обидві країни зацікавлені у розвитку нових технологій, таких як штучний інтелект та цифрові технології, що створює нові можливості для партнерства у технічних та наукових сферах. З точки зору культурної дипломатії, Китай активно просуває свою культурну м'яку силу через програми обміну, відкриття Конфуцієвих інститутів в ПАР та популяризацію китайської культури, що сприяє зближенню народів. ПАР, зі свого боку, прагне поширювати свою культурну спадщину та сприяти розвитку освіти на африканському континенті.

The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the geopolitical interests of the People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Republic of South Africa (RSA), with a special emphasis on the strategic aspects of their interaction in the global arena. The study covers various aspects of the foreign policy of both countries, including economic, political, security and cultural factors that determine their foreign economic and international relations. Particular attention is paid to the interaction of China and South Africa within the BRICS, as well as their cooperation within the African Union and the United Nations, which allows both countries to strengthen their positions in the international arena. The article analyzes the key motives that determine the geopolitical strategies of each state. For China, it is important to ensure economic expansion through the Belt and Road Initiative, in particular through the construction of infrastructure and the development of trade relations in Africa, where South Africa is an important trading partner. China is also actively investing in South Africa's energy sector, in particular in the construction and modernization of power plants, which helps ensure stable energy supplies on the continent. In turn, South Africa is interested in strengthening its economic position, in particular by expanding trade with China and attracting investment in key sectors of the economy. An important component of bilateral relations is cooperation in the field of security and combating global challenges such as terrorism, climate change, and environmental disasters. China and South Africa are actively cooperating to ensure regional stability, particularly on the continent, where China plays a key role in the development of peacekeeping initiatives. In addition, both countries are interested in the development of new technologies, such as artificial intelligence and digital technologies, which creates new opportunities for partnership in the technical and scientific fields. In terms of cultural diplomacy, China is actively promoting its cultural soft power through exchange programs, the opening of Confucius Institutes in South Africa, and the popularization of Chinese culture, which helps bring the two nations closer together. South Africa, for its part, seeks to spread its cultural heritage and promote education on the African continent.
