Деякі шляхи оптимізації протитуберкульозної роботи серед дитячого населення Закарпаття

Abstract

В умовах епідемії туберкульозу в зв'язку зі зростанням резервуару інфекції особливе місце в практиці сімейного лікаря належить попередженню виникнення первинних форм у дітей та підлітків, їх своєчасна діагностика, дотримування стандартизованих схем обстеження, лікування, проведення повноцінної реабілітації. Вони досягаються тільки при тісній координації роботи сімейного лікаря та педіатра-фтизіатра в питаннях оцінки епідситуації території обслуговування по туберкульозу, коректного трактування туберкулінових проб, врахування ряду негативних факторів ризику щодо можливостей виникнення хвороби.

In the conditions of epidemic of tuberculosis in connection with growth of reservoir of infection the special place in practice of domestic doctor belongs to warning of origin of primary forms for children and teenagers, them timely diagnostics, observance of the standardized charts of inspection, treatment, leadthrough of valuable rehabilitation. They are arrived at only during close co-ordination of work of domestic doctor and paediatrician­phthisiologist in the questions of estimation of epidemic territory of service on tuberculosis, correct interpretation of tuberculosis tests, account of row of negative factors of risk in relation to possibilities of origin of illness.
