Концептуальні засади інноваційного розвитку логістичного менеджменту

Abstract

Дослідження розширює концептуальну основу інноваційного логістичного менеджменту, звертаючись до фундаментальних принципів, включаючи розвиток концепції досконалості ланцюга поставок, яка виявилася згубною для соціально-екологічних систем. Також досліджується вплив європейської інтеграції, а також виклики та проблеми в логістиці, що виникають внаслідок повномасштабного вторгнення росії в Україну. Доведено, що для того щоб підвищити стійкість і забезпечити довгострокову конкурентоспроможність, важливо запровадити комплексну структуру управління ризиками, яка включає планування на випадок непередбачених ситуацій і підтримує міцні партнерські відносини з постачальниками. Крім того, підприємства повинні наголошувати на довгостроковій стійкості та корпоративній соціальній відповідальності, активно залучаючи окремих людей та громади до ініціатив сталого управління, а розвиток інноваційних моделей регенеративної логістики сприятиме стабільності та адаптивності галузі.

The article expands the conceptual framework of innovative logistics management, addressing fundamental principles, including developing the concept of supply chain excellence, which has proven detrimental to socio-ecological systems. It also examines the impact of European integration, as well as the challenges and problems in logistics arising from russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. The study shows that Ukrainian logistics has largely adapted to the new realities and continues to operate under martial law. The industry is undergoing a recovery, integrating into the European and global transport and logistics network. Digital technologies contribute to developing and implementing innovative logistics solutions, developing a multimodal transport network, and increasing the potential of integrated transportation. The suggested areas for adapting logistics to uncertain conditions include using advanced technologies to improve logistics efficiency, developing and implementing comprehensive risk management strategies and contingency planning, promoting joint initiatives, and strengthening partnerships within the supply chain. In addition, the focus is on ensuring long-term sustainability by increasing ethical, environmental, and social responsibility, strengthening the link between logistics and innovation, and increasing the effectiveness of implemented innovative solutions and sustainable development projects. It has been proven that to increase resilience and ensure long-term competitiveness, it is important to implement a comprehensive risk management framework that includes contingency planning and maintains strong partnerships with suppliers. In addition, enterprises should emphasize long-term sustainability and corporate social responsibility, actively involving individuals and communities in sustainable management initiatives, and the development of innovative regenerative logistics models will contribute to the stability and adaptability of the industry.
