Траєкторія розвитку ринку страхових послуг в умовах економічної нестабільності

Abstract

Сьогодні ринок страхових послуг розвивається в умовах війни, економічної нестабільності, посилення регуляторних вимог до діяльності учасників ринку та впровадження цифрових технологій у бізнес-процеси практично всіх суб’єктів господарювання. У роботі досліджено траєкторію розвитку ринку страхових послуг в умовах економічної нестабільності, проаналізовано динаміку основних показників за 2013-2023 роки та визначено біфуркаційні точки розвитку; обґрунтовано основні чинники впливу на розвиток ринку страхових послуг на основі PESTEL – аналізу та окреслено подальші шляхи розвитку в сучасних умовах економічної нестабільності та цифрової трансформації. Акцентовано увагу на необхідності врахування основних чинників впливу, що сприятиме активному впровадженню передових цифрових технологій, приведення діяльності учасників ринку у відповідність до нових законодавчих вимог з метою переходу на якісно новий рівень розвитку ринку страхових послуг та прискорення його євроінтеграційних процесів.

Today, the insurance services market is developing in the context of war, economic instability, toughening regulatory requirements for market participants and the introduction of digital technologies into the production processes of almost all business entities. Ensuring the gradual growth of the insurance market in an unstable environment is one of the most important tasks for economic development. To study the trajectory of the insurance services market development in the context of economic instability and toughening requirements for the activities of the main market participants. To substantiate the main factors of influence on the development of the insurance services market based on PESTEL-analysis and further ways of development with a view to its integration into the European space. The scientific and information base of the study is the scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists, statistical information. In order to carry out a detailed analysis of the development of the insurance services market, the methods of analysis, synthesis, generalisation, grouping, and system-synergistic analysis were used. The paper examines the trend of development of the insurance services market in the current conditions of digitalisation of the economy, analyses the dynamics for 2013-2023 and identifies bifurcation points of development using the concept of bifurcation. The main indicators of development are studied and the factors that led to negative bifurcation fluctuations during the analysed period are identified. Using the PESTEL method of analysing the insurance services market, the political, economic, social, technological, environmental and legal factors of influence on the market are allocated. The author focuses on the need to take into account the main factors of influence that will facilitate the active implementation of advanced digital technologies, bringing the activities of market participants in line with new legislative requirements in order to move to a qualitatively new level of development of the insurance services market and accelerate its European integration processes.
