Альтернативні сценарії розвитку інтелектуального капіталу підприємств аграрної сфери в умовах цифрової економіки

Abstract

У статті розроблено пропозиції щодо альтернативних сценаріїв розвитку інтелектуального капіталу підприємств аграрної сфери в умовах цифрової економіки для періоду пост воєнного відновлення, зокрема уточнено сутність сценарного підходу, окреслено три комплексних альтернативних сценаріїв розвитку інтелектуального капіталу підприємств аграрної сфери в умовах цифрової економіки (еволюційний, стратегічний та трансформаційний), що стануть корисними у період післявоєнного відновлення, визначено ключові чинники успіху для запропонованих сценаріїв та етапи їх відбору і впровадження, обґрунтовано, що використання сценарного підходу до розвитку інтелектуального капіталу в підприємствах аграрної сфери в умовах цифрової економіки відкриває значні додаткові можливості та резерви, оскільки дозволяє більш гнучко та ефективно реагувати на швидкозмінні умови.

The article develops proposals for alternative scenarios for the development of intellectual capital of agricultural enterprises in the digital economy for the period of post-war recovery. It is stated that Ukraine is facing growing problems related to ecology, climate change, soil degradation and the need to transition to more ecological agriculture, therefore, in the post-war recovery period, it will be advisable to accelerate the development of intellectual capital, in particular through the introduction of innovations, new agricultural technologies, diversification of production, mastering ecological methods of farming, creating highly qualified jobs, forming a sustainable innovative economy, which will allow adapting to new challenges and requirements, ensuring stable food production and preserving natural resources. The need to form a set of new post-war scenarios for the development of intellectual capital of agricultural enterprises that balance their financial, intellectual and ecological capabilities is argued. To this end, the essence of the scenario approach has been clarified, three comprehensive alternative scenarios for the development of intellectual capital of agricultural enterprises in the digital economy (evolutionary, strategic and transformational) have been outlined, which will be useful in the post-war recovery period. The choice of a specific scenario depends on the specifics of the agricultural enterprise, its strategic goals, available resources and external environment. The key success factors for the proposed scenarios and the stages of their selection and implementation have been determined, which include: identification, analysis, assessment and diagnostics, development of scenarios for the development of intellectual capital and their implementation. It is substantiated that the use of a scenario approach to the development of intellectual capital in agricultural enterprises in the digital economy opens up significant additional opportunities and reserves, as it allows for a more flexible and effective response to rapidly changing conditions.
