Економічна безпека України в умовах трансформаційних процесів

Abstract

Розкрито сутність економічної безпеки України на глобальному, міжнародному, національному, регіональному та локальному рівнях. Враховуючи комплементарний характер взаємозв’язку між рівнями економічної безпеки на макро-, мезо- та мікрорівнях, доведено, що запорукою досягнення економічної безпеки на вищих рівнях ієрархії є її забезпечення саме на рівні підприємства. Виявлено, що економічна безпека підприємства полягає у забезпеченні умов для його ефективного функціонування та стратегічного розвитку в умовах впливу загроз різноманітного характеру. На основі аналізу та систематизації існуючих авторських підходів розроблено класифікацію загроз економічній безпеці підприємства за ознаками місця виникнення, характеру впливу, ступеня керованості, джерела та сфери виникнення, функціональних складових економічної безпеки підприємства. Визначено характерні ознаки забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства, до яких віднесено його економічну рівновагу, конкурентоздатність, економічну свободу, економічний розвиток та гармонічну взаємодію із зовнішнім середовищем.

In modern economic conditions, the functioning of domestic enterprises is accompanied by the infl uence of destructive factors of the internal and external business environment. So, the issues of ensuring the economic security of the enterprise are actual, because the achievement of the appropriate level of economic security will allow creating favorable conditions for stable functioning of the enterprise in conditions of uncertainty. The purpose of the article is to disclose the essence of the enterprise’s economic security on the basis of systematization of threats on various classifi cation grounds and to determine the characteristics of its achievement. The hierarchical structure of economic security was investigated. The essence of economic security of an enterprise at the global, international, national, regional and local levels was revealed. Taken into account the complementary nature of the relationship between levels of economic security at macro-, meso- and micro-levels, it was proved that the main condition of achieving economic security at higher levels of the hierarchy is to provide it at the enterprise level. It was determined that the enterprise economic security is to provide conditions for enterprise eff ective functioning and strategic development under the conditions of the infl uence of threats of a diverse nature. Based on analysis and systematization of existing scientifi c approaches, the classifi cation of threats to the economic security of the enterprise was developed which taken into account the place of origin, the nature of the impact, the degree of control, the source and sphere of occurrence, the functional components of the economic security of the enterprise. The characteristic features of ensuring the economic security of the enterprise were determined, which include its economic equilibrium, competitiveness, economic freedom, economic development and harmonious interaction with the external environment.
